a variety of equipment including dumbbells, bands,
body bars, steps, and stability balls. B
Butt & Ab Lab - Butt & Ab Lab: Dedicated to your lower half, work on improving your rear view and creating some serious midsection definition. A
Express Abs - Flatten and tone your abs with crunches, curls, and pelvic tilts. (20 minutes) A
Get
on The Ball - The brilliance and simplicity of the stability ball
is rolled into one word - balance! Because the ball
demands balance, you'll work muscles you never knew
you had or challenge them in a different way. Added
resistance from dumbbells, body bars and more are
used in this class. A.
Kettlebell Basics - Kettlebells are the ultimate tool for extreme all-around fitness! Burn fat, increase your endurance, and chisel your core with strength-training moves that will take your workout to the next level! (45 minutes) . A/B.

– This class is designed to efficiently “attack”
every muscle in your body! You’ll experience
a variety of aggressive body development techniques
from high to low reps to multitasking muscle moves.
Flexibility and core strength work are integrated
throughout. Barbells, dumbbells, stability balls and
body resistance will be utilized to engage targeted
muscle groups. B/C
12th Street Sculpt- A body conditioning class designed to target individual
muscle groups. Bands, body bars and weights are used
to increase the effectiveness and intensity of the
workout. B
Ranger Workout
A full body conditioning challenge that is guaranteed to give you an abdominal locking, thigh burning workout. B
Warrior Workout- Be a weekend warrior in this ultra challenging boot camp style class. Be prepared for cardio intervals and sculpting moves that will have you wishing for Monday! B/C
Cardio Conditioning

Yoga Zen - A fluid nonstop sequence of athletic yoga based

stretch opposing muscle groups. This is a dynamic
and invigorating full mind/body workout. A
* Easy Does It classes are for those who understand
the necessity of exercise and cardiovascular fitness,
but require a lower intensity workout. The instructor
emphasizes the special needs of active adults, the
de-conditioned
or beginner exerciser, and/or the pre/post-natal woman.
Excellent for those who are resuming an exercise program.

Gym Class Policies
1) Please do not enter the studio before the current
class is finished.
2) Be on time. The warm-up is important to avoid injury.
For safety reasons, do not enter
a class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
3) Proper aerobic footwear is required.
4) Please inform your instructor if you are pregnant
or have any limitations.
5) All equipment (steps, weights, mats, tubing and
jump ropes) must be returned to their proper storage
area.
